Brian Rutledge
Engineering/Operations
​Brian has five years of experience engineering custom doors. He discovered his passion for woodworking while making signs and boxes on a CNC in his garage, concurrent with managing engineering for an electrical systems manufacturer. A Colorado State University mechanical engineering graduate with extensive Lean manufacturing expertise, Brian began as a CNC operator at an architectural woodworking firm and quickly advanced to manage its door department. Known for attention to detail and realizing designers’ visions, Brian started his own business to deliver high-quality products that help clients achieve their dream homes.
Will began his career in electronics, focusing on materials manufacturing and quality control for circuit boards. After eight years in this sector, he gained further experience as an electrician in Southern California, where he acquired comprehensive knowledge of general construction. He subsequently returned to Colorado to manage production at an architectural woodworking company. Following these roles, he made the decision to establish his own business.
