About RutLock

Brian has spent the last 5 years engineering custom interior and exterior doors. He found his passion for woodworking playing on a small CNC making signs and boxes in his garage while working as the engineering manager for an electrical systems manufacturer.  Brian earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University and has extensive Lean manufacturing training and experience. He took a position as a CNC operator at a medium sized architectural woodworking company. He quickly rose up the ranks until he was the managing engineer for the company’s door department. Brian’s acute attention to detail is seen in every product he works on. He has a great ability to bring designers’ ideas to life. Brian’s decision to venture out on his own is driven by a desire to produce high quality products that bring people’s dream homes to life.
